Understanding the Recognition Report (Legacy)
This is a legacy report. If you have surveyed recently, you will likely not have this report.
Recognition is a two part question. In the first part employees are asked if they feel a certain form of recognition, too little, the right amount, or too much. In this part of the report, focus on the where the white diamond is placed. In the green section is "the right amount". The second part asks employees to select the three forms of recognition that they appreciate the most.
