Share Recognition posts with other users to like, react, comment, and celebrate the Recognition recipient(s).
Requirements
- Available to all users with Recognition enabled
Share a Recognition Post
To share a Recognition post:
- From the Activity Feed or Recognition homepage, click Share to open the Share modal
- Enter and select the user(s) to share the Recognition with (Figure A)
- Click View to see who the Recognition post has already been shared with (Figure B)
- Click Share
- Alternatively, click the post's ⋮ icon, then Copy Link to Post to copy the post's URL to be shared
Share Notifications
Recipients of a shared Recognition post are only notified once via an in-app and email notification. The notifications include a link that recipients can use to open the Recognition post.
