How Many Questions Should I Include in a Survey?

Based on the survey type, Quantum Workplace recommends the following number of questions for each survey type:

• Engagement Survey: 30-40 questions
• New Hire & Exit Surveys: 10-20 questions
• Engagement Follow-Up Surveys: 5-10 questions

Other survey types, e.g. Benefits, Diversity & Inclusion, etc., may vary in length but it's recommended to ensure that surveys only take a few minutes to complete.
