Format Survey Descriptions, Invitations, and Reminders

Rich text formatting is now available in About This Survey, invitation messages, and reminder messages. Use bold, italics, bulleted lists, numbered lists, and links to organize information and highlight important instructions.

Formatting appears in email invitations and reminders, email previews on the Schedule step, and the survey-taking experience. Rich text formatting is also supported in translations.

Exit Type Is Now a Standard Demographic

Exit Type is now a standard demographic in Survey Analytics. It is calculated automatically using each employee’s termination date and exit type and updates as employee data changes, removing the need to submit a separate termination file.

Use Exit Type to filter and slice survey results by:

    • Still Employed
    • Voluntary
    • Involuntary
    • Not Provided
    • Not Applicable

The new Exit Tracking setting in Administration determines how long after a participant’s survey launch date an exit is reflected in survey results. Available periods are 3, 6, 9, 12, 18, or 24 months, with 12 months selected by default.

Exit Tracking uses each participant’s individual launch date, including for ongoing surveys that add participants over time.
