Overview

As a new Quantum Workplace customer, review this checklist for information on implementing Quantum Workplace.

Required Steps

• Share Quantum Workplace's instructions for email deliverability with your IT team to ensure communication from Quantum Workplace is deliverable to your employees
• Initiate the HRIS integration process or upload your employee information in-bulk into Quantum Workplace
  
  • Confirm which optional fields you would like to include in your HRIS feed in addition. (i.e. Business Function, Department, Division, KPI data)
  • Decide if any employees should be excluded from the HRIS feed e.g. temporary workers
  • Decide which demographics should appear on public profiles and be available for slicing and filtering within Analytics.

• Enable Single Sign-On (SSO)
• Implement additional integrations and extensions:
  • Microsoft Teams Integration
  • Slack Integration
  • Microsoft Outlook Add-In
  • Google Chrome Extension
• Contact your Customer Implementation Manager if you require non-English languages enabled- translations for Surveys, Feedback, and 1-on-1 templates are not provided by Quantum Workplace unless otherwise noted in the contract agreement
• Upload your organization's logo into Quantum Workplace
• Configure your organization's default time zone
  • Individuals can configure their own time zone in their account settings
