Navigate the Quantum Workplace homepage, and for admins, how to navigate the Analytics and Administration menus.

Homepage
To navigate the homepage:

- A. Navigation Menu: Use the menu to navigate across the platform and different features
- B. Extended Settings: View additional settings, the org tree, and usage reports
- C. Quick-Launch: Use the quick-launch buttons to open the workflow and complete the task
- D. Additional Options: Use the additional options to search for employees, see notifications, access your settings, etc., learn more about the additional options
- E. Profile: View your profile, account details, etc.
- F. Newsfeed View: Toggle the newsfeed view between the Launch Pad, to view pending tasks, and the Actvitiy Feed, to view Recognition and Goal updates, learn more about Newsfeed options
- G. Employee Snapshot: Your Employee Snapshot displaying important at-a-glance about your team and goal progress, learn more about the Employee Snapshot
Additional Options
To navigate the additional options:

- A. Search: Search for employees in your organization and view their profile
- B. Notifications: Click the bell icon to view recent notifications; click View All Notifications for a comprehensive list of notifications
- C. Help Library: Click the ? icon to navigate to Quantum Workplace's Help Library
- D. Easy Impersonate: If enabled, click the Easy Impersonate icon to impersonate and view an employee's account, learn more about Easy Impersonation
- Confidentiality protections are in place to protect users' privacy
- E. Your Settings: Click and expand your profile icon to view a list of profile-related options
- Click Your Profile to navigate to your profile page
- Click Account Settings to personalize account settings, i.e. notifications, profile photo, etc., learn more about Account Settings
- Click log out to sign off
Newsfeed View

Toggle between the Launch Pad and Activity Feed view for your homepage. The last selection is remembered and displayed the next time you view the homepage.
Launch Pad
The Launch Pad view displays active cycles you're involved in, as well as cycles with an upcoming due date that requires attention.
Click View or the cycle name requring your attention to complete the task.

Activity Feed
The Activity Feed view displays recent Recognition and Goal updates.
Click and expand the All Activity drop-down to specify to filter the scope of the Activity Feed, whether it be the entire organization, just you and your downline, or only your goals.

Analytics
Admins or users with Analytics access can view analytics-related reports when available.
To access a feature's analytics:
- Click and expand your profile icon in the top-right
- Click a specific feature
- Select Analytics*

- 1-on-1s: View 1-on-1 data across all cycles, learn more about 1-on-1 analytics
- Feedback: View Feedback data across all cycles, learn more about Feedback analytics
- Goals: Filter and export Goals data by date, users, and user demographics, learn more about Goal analyticsTo access feature-specific reports shown above:
- Recognition: View Recognition data, learn more about Recognition analytics
- Retention Radar: Identify employee groups at high-risk of turnover, learn more about Retention Radar
- Reviews: View Performance Review data across all cycles, learn more about Performance Review analytics
- Succession Planning: Identify and develop candidates for critical roles, learn more about Succession Planning
- Surveys: View Survey data across all surveys, learn more about Survey analytics
- Talent Reviews: Measure and track employee metrics and talent, learn more about Talent Review analytics
*If Analytics is not available in the dropdown options but is included in the options listed above, the user does not have access. Grant permission here.
Administration
As an admin, use the Administration options to view organizational settings and feature administration.
To access the Administration options:

- Click and expand a feature in the left navigation
- Click Administration* from the dropdown options
*If Administration is not available in the dropdown options, either the user does not have access or the feature does not have standalone admin options. Grant permission here.
To navigate the Administration menu's Feature Administration, continue to Feature Administration below.
Feature Administration
To navigate the Administration page for each feature:
- Recognition: Manage Recognition badges, preferences, and hashtags, learn more
- Goals: Manage Goal preferences and settings

- A. Preferences: Configure Goal communication and visibility settings, learn more about Goal preferences
- B. Goal Categories: Manage admin-created labels for goals, learn more about Goal Tags & Categories
- C. Bulk Goals: Create and manage bulk goals and templates, learn more about Bulk Goals
- D. Restore Goals: Restore recently deleted goals, learn more about restoring Goals
- E. Performance Goals: Configure the goals eligible for Performance Reviews, via the Performance Goal booster, learn more about the Performance Review booster
- F. Goal Tags: Create and manage user-created labels for goals, learn more about Goal Tags & Categories
- Feedback Manage Feedback templates, cycles, and settings

Usage Reports
View detailed logs of usage reports for users overall or in specific features including Goals and Recognition.
Org Tree
Use the Org Tree to visualize the manager hierarchy of the organization. Learn more about the Organization Tree.
