The Employee Snapshot displays a summary of a user's recent activity within Quantum Workplace, i.e. 1-on-1s, Feedback conversations, Goal progress, etc.

Overview
The Employee Snapshot provides a summary of an employee’s profile, including role, manager, demographics, and recent activity such as Recognition and Goal progress. Information is organized by feature within the Snapshot.
Managers can also add private notes in the Snapshot, which are only visible to the note creator, learn more about Private Notes.
Requirements
- Available to all Quantum Workplace users
- All users can view their own Snapshot
- Managers can view direct reports and their downline
- Full admins can view any user’s Snapshot
Employee Snapshot Visibility
Any employee can view any other employee’s Snapshot.
However, the information displayed depends on the viewer’s visibility permissions and, in some cases, the Snapshot subject’s visibility settings.
As a result, users may see different levels of detail within the same Snapshot.
