Overview
As an admin, restore a deleted 1-on-1 to reopen access to the restored 1-on-1.
Restored 1-on-1s will return to their former location on the 1-on-1s homepage, i.e. the Inbox or Archived tabs where they can be accessed again.
Requirements
- Available to full admin users
Restore a Deleted 1-on-1
All deleted 1-on-1s are listed on the Restore 1-on-1s page.
To restore a deleted 1-on-1:
- Click and expand Administration in the left-hand navigation menu; click 1-on-1s
- Click the Restore 1-on-1s card to view a list of all deleted 1-on-1s
- Select the ☐ icon for each 1-on-1 to be restored
- Optionally, click Search & Filter to filter your search by names, cycle names, or the begin/end dates
- Click More Details to identify the 1-on-1 participants, the template, and the reason given for the 1-on-1's deletion
- Click Restore to open a confirmation modal
- Click Yes, Restore 1-on-1s
