As an admin, when viewing and discussing Talent Review analytics with colleagues, the Calibration toggle can be used to strategically exclude specific users from the results.

As an admin, when viewing and discussing Talent Review analytics with colleagues, the Calibration toggle can be used to strategically exclude specific users from the results.

- Available to full admin users
Use Calibration Mode
To use Calibration Mode:
- Click and expand Analytics in the left-hand navigation menu
- Click Talent Reviews
- In the right-hand column, click On to enable Calibration Mode (Figure A)
- Optionally, click the + icon corresponding to Excluded People to enter users who should not appear in the results (Figure B)
- Use the View Mode options to toggle between viewing the results as an Admin or your downline as a Manager (Figure C)
- Use the Display Unit options to toggle between the results as a Numeric unit with the number of users in each cell, or a Percentage unit with the concentration of users in each cell out of the entire pool (Figure D)
- Use the Date Range and Cycle selector to adjust the source of the displayed results (Figure E)
- Use the Filters function to filter the results according to the selected demographics (Figure F)
- Click View Report to view the analytics according to the configured options
Click Off to disable Calibration Mode and return to the default Talent Review Analytics view.
