View Team Engagement Data in Succession Planning
Leaders can now view team engagement data directly on Succession Planning candidate cards alongside development goals and talent review data. Available to customers using both Succession Planning and Engagement, this update provides a more complete view of each candidate’s readiness and the skills they’re developing for future roles.
Growth
Run Multiple Growth Cycles Concurrently
Admins can now run multiple Growth cycles at the same time for different segments of the organization. This update provides greater flexibility to create focused cycles for specific employee groups while other cycles are already underway.
