Share Your Growth Plan

Once your Growth Plan is complete, share it with your manager to keep them informed of your progress and gain their support in reaching your career goals.

Overview

Growth Plans serve as a starting point for meaningful conversations with your manager, helping you align on future goals and receive the support needed to achieve them.

By inviting your manager to collaborate on your Growth Plan, you set yourself up for success in reaching your aspirations.

Share Your Growth Plan

  1. When you’re ready to share your progress with your manager, select Share Plan at the bottom of the Growth Plan.
  2. You’ll then be prompted with a pop-up to share the plan with your manager.
    1. Once shared, your manager can review and collaborate with you on adding growth areas and action items.
    2. When you’re ready, click Yes, Share Plan.
    3. If you need more time, select No, Not Yet.

Note: You will still be able to add additional growth areas, edit your Career Vision, and create new action items after sharing your plan.

Remember - Growth Plans should be living documents. Revisit your plan regularly to continuously track your development progress.
