Limit Automated Survey Invitations by Immediate Manager
You can now include or exclude employees from automated survey invitations based on their immediate manager. Use this option to target employees who report to a specific manager.
Select Immediate Manager from the demographic options when configuring automatic invitations.

New AI Questions in the Question Library
The Question Library now includes a Technology category with questions about AI in the workplace. Use these questions to understand employees’ experiences with AI adoption, training, and support, and identify opportunities for action.
Choose questions that align with your organization’s needs and stage of AI adoption. Adding two to three questions to an engagement survey is a common starting point.
