Limit Automated Survey Invitations by Age Range, Generation, and Tenure Range
You can now include or exclude employees from automated survey invitations based on Age Range, Generation, or Tenure Range. These options are available alongside existing demographics, including Job Title, Is Manager, and Exit Type.
Use these demographics to target specific employee groups without manually maintaining a recipient list. For recurring surveys, invitation rules apply to each cycle to keep the audience aligned with your criteria.

Assembly by Quantum Workplace
Manage Notification Preferences Across Email, Slack, and Teams
Assembly notifications previously available only by email are now also available in Slack and Microsoft Teams.
Go to My Settings → Notifications to choose which notifications you receive through each channel.

Manage Reward Tax Settings and Reporting
Administrators can mark reward categories and individual Culture Rewards as Taxable or Non-taxable. For taxable rewards, select Gross Up to indicate that your organization will cover the employee’s tax.
The Order History and Reward History reports will include Tax Setting, Gross Up, and Pay Group information to support payroll reporting. Your organization remains responsible for calculating, withholding, and filing taxes.
