New! Action Planning Dashboard
We revamped Action Planning Analytics into a more engaging format to make it easy for organizations to improve Action Planning accountability.
In addition to Plan Tracking, the new dashboard enables survey administrators to:
- View Action Plan by status (Not Started, Started, In Progress)
- View the number of Action Items Created
- View a progression chart with Actions Completed over time

Quarantine Comments
In rare circumstances, an employee survey comment may pose a risk when shared broadly. Now, survey administrators can quarantine problematic survey comments, hiding them from other analytics users. Any comment quarantined must have a reason and does keep an audit trail for administrators.
