Quarantine Comments
In rare circumstances, an employee may leave a survey comment that risks doing more harm than good. This can include threats of violence, abusive language, sharing sensitive information, etc.

In rare circumstances, an employee may leave a survey comment that risks doing more harm than good. This can include threats of violence, abusive language, sharing sensitive information, etc.
In these situations, quarantining a comment may be necessary to protect your organization and your employees.
Quarantined comments are not included in survey analytics or in any PDF/Excel exports.
Quarantine Survey Comments
To quarantine a survey comment:

- Click and expand Analytics in the left-hand navigation menu
 - Click Surveys & Pulses
 - Click on the survey title to navigate to the survey's analytics
 - Click and expand Reports in the header
 - Click Comments
 - Identify the to-be quarantined comment and click the comment's ⋮ icon
 - Click Quarantine this Comment
 - In the modal, enter the reason for the comment's quarantine
 - Click Quarantine Comment
 
Quantum Workplace monitors quarantine behavior for possible abuse.
Access Quarantined Comments
Quarantined comments are indicated in the Comment Count card.
To access a quarantined comment:

- Click and expand Analytics in the left-hand navigation menu
 - Click Surveys & Pulses
 - Click on the survey title to navigate to the survey's analytics
 - Click and expand Reports in the header
 - Click Comments
 - Click [x] quarantined in the Comment Count card to filter the comments view to only show quarantined comments for the specific survey
- Click and disable the Quarantined filter to reset the Comments view
 
 
Remove a Comment from Quarantine
To remove a comment from quarantine:

- Click and expand Analytics in the left-hand navigation menu
 - Click Surveys & Pulses
 - Click on the survey title to navigate to the survey's analytics
 - Click and expand Reports in the header
 - Click Comments
 - Click [x] quarantined in the Comment Count card to filter the comments view to only show quarantined comments for the specific survey
 - Click on the quarantined comment's corresponding ⋮ icon
 - Click Remove From Quarantine 
- Optionally, enter a brief explanation of why the comment is being removed from quarantine
 
 - Click Remove From Quarantine
