Retention Radar Now Uses Rolling Quarterly Turnover Timeline
Retention Radar turnover reporting now uses a rolling quarterly timeline instead of calendar-based year-to-date or quarter-to-date metrics. Data reflects the prior four full quarters plus the current quarter to date, providing a more consistent view of turnover trends year-round.
