      Enhanced Feedback Experience with New Writing Assistant

      We're excited to introduce our new Writing Assistant to all Feedback users. This feature is designed to streamline and enhance feedback delivery.

      When inputting text into the feedback field, click the "make it better" button and our tool will suggest ways to improve the text to be more constructive, thoughtful, and direct. 

      Feedback is crucial, but can be challenging to give effectively. This latest update underscores our dedication to transforming the feedback process into a more empowering and streamlined experience for all users.

      Introducing Easy Launch Exit Surveys for New Survey Customers

      New survey customers can now quickly access and initiate a pre-configured ongoing Exit Survey directly from Survey Administration. This feature, named 'Exit Survey [Easy Launch]' is designed to streamline the survey process and includes a guided in-app tutorial adhering to best practices and ensuring ease of use.

      New Functionality for Survey Administrators: Nudge Action Plan Owners

      Admins now have the ability to send custom nudges in bulk to Action Plan owners directly from the Plan Tracking dashboard. Nudges can be utilized via the message function to send tailored updates to owners, designed to encourage progress and accountability in the Action Planning Process. 

      This new tool is available to all survey customers, but specifically for use by administrators. Learn more about How to Nudge Action Plan Owners.
