You can schedule the date and time of your meeting when you start a new 1-on-1 with a coworker.
Please note that the time zone listed in your Account Settings will be used to generate an Outlook Calendar invitation when you schedule a 1-on-1. We recommend checking that your time zone is accurate before scheduling a 1-on-1.

How to Schedule your Meeting within a 1-on-1 that you Created
For any 1-on-1 that you have initiated with a colleague or that a colleague has initiated with you, you can schedule the date and time that you and your colleague will meet to review the contents of the 1-on-1. Please note: You cannot schedule your meeting for a 1-on-1 that your HR team has initiated on your behalf.
From within the 1-on-1, click Not Scheduled on the right side of the screen.
Next, click into the When field that appears below and use the calendar picker to select the date and time of your meeting.
Under Duration, select the length of your meeting.
Once you've selected the date, time, and duration of your meeting, click Save. You and the other participant in the 1-on-1 will both receive an Outlook Calendar invitation for the date, time, and duration that you've selected here.
How to Reschedule your Meeting
You and the other participant in any 1-on-1 that wasn't initiated by your HR team can update the time and date of your meeting from within the 1-on-1. To edit the date and time of your 1-on-1, click directly on the date and time listed on the right side of the screen.
Then, use the calendar picker that appears to update the date and time to reflect your new meeting time.
Once you click Save, you and the person you're meeting with will both receive an updated Outlook Calendar invitation to reflect the new date, time, and duration you specified.
