How to Moderate Posts that have been Reported

Overview

As an Administrator, you have the ability to moderate any posts that have been reported (flagged) by any user. All users (not just Admins) are able to report both Recognition posts and Goal updates as they see fit. To report a post, users can click the drop down arrow on a post and select Report This Post. 

How to Moderate Reported Posts

From Administration, navigate to General Settings and select Moderate Posts

For any flagged posts, Admins can choose to do any of the following three options: 

  1. Edit the post, then click Approve to publish your changes.

  2. Approve the post as is, which allows the post to be displayed publicly again. 
  3. Archive the post, which permanently removes it.
