Report Inappropriate Recognition & Goal Posts

As a user navigating your organization's newsfeed, if you come across an inappropriate Recognition or Goal post, report the post to have it taken down until it can be addressed by your organization's admins.

Overview

As a user navigating your organization's newsfeed, if you come across an inappropriate Recognition or Goal post, report the post to have it taken down until it can be addressed by your organization's admins. 

Admins have visibility into who reported the post in case they need to follow up with you.

When a post is reported, the original author receives a notification. However, the identity of the person who reported the post remains anonymous. All Admins are notified whenever a post is reported.

Requirements

  • Available to organizations with Goals & Recognition enabled

Report an Inappropriate Recognition & Goal Post

Reported posts are immediately removed from the newsfeed until the organization's admins moderate the post and decide on the future on the post. 

To report an inappropriate Recognition & Goal post:

  1. Identify the inappropriate post
  2. Click the post's ⋮ icon or Post Options drop-down to expand a menu of additional options
  3. Click Report This Post
  4. Enter more information about why you reported the post
  5. Click Report Post
