Quantum Workplace will load one year of historical data based on the guidelines below. Additional years can be loaded for an extra fee.

Historical data loads allow you to bring past information into Quantum Workplace, giving your teams a complete view of employee history in one platform.
While some imports can be handled through self-service tools, others require support from your Quantum Workplace team to ensure accurate formatting and placement.
These imports help preserve context, enable trend analysis, and support a more comprehensive employee experience.

Import Method
These files are imported by Quantum Workplace using a mapping file that connects each document to the appropriate employee. This is not a self-service process.
Steps to Import

2. How much historical data can we load?
Quantum Workplace supports importing one year of historical data by default. Additional years can be imported for an extra fee.

7. Can I import past data myself?
Only Goals can be imported via a self-service tool. All other data types require QW assistance to ensure proper formatting, mapping, and placement.
8. How do I submit the files?
Once your data is formatted, submit the completed file(s) and supporting documents (like PDFs or mapping sheets) to your Quantum Workplace contact.
9. What survey scales are supported for trending?
QW supports 5- and 6-point scales, with 6-point being preferred. If your original survey used a different scale, trending may not be possible. Also, remove “N/A” responses for accuracy.
10. Can we use historical survey data for year-over-year trending?
Yes—but only if:
