Now that you've defined your Career Vision, it's time to turn it into action by outlining key focus areas for career growth and development.

After defining your Career Vision, the next step is to identify Growth Areas—key focus areas that guide your development and help turn your goals into action.
- To begin, click Add Growth Area on your Growth Plan.
- A list of competencies tailored to your current role will appear. You can also search for Growth Areas in other internal roles.
- To add one to your plan, simply click Add Growth Area.
To identify your own development opportunities, you can add Custom Growth Areas by scrolling past the pre-populated options.
