Historical Data Load Requirements for Quantum Workplace

To ensure a seamless historical data load, we require you to follow the guidelines below:

Quantum Workplace will load one year of historical data based on the guidelines below. Additional years can be loaded for an extra fee.


Surveys

  • Excel or CSV file format
  • Respondent-Level Raw Data:
    • One row per survey participant
    • One column per survey question and demographic
  • Survey Content
    • Question Type
    • Question Text
    • Category
    • Scale
      • Every possible scale option
      • Note: Quantum Workplace uses a 6-point Agreement scale. If your prior survey vendor used a scale other than 5 or 6-point, trending might not be available. (this does not include “NA”)
  • Lifecycle specifics to define:

    • Do you want the data for reference or to trend data over time?

      • If changing your survey questions, we recommend for reference.
