Streamline Performance Reviews with Centralized Competencies

Bring greater clarity and consistency to your performance process with Competencies in Performance Reviews. Now you can pull competencies directly from Growth into Performance Reviews through a centralized management system. Admins can add Org-Wide Competencies (included with Performance Reviews) or Role-Based Competencies (available with Performance Reviews and Growth) to templates - streamlining administration and enabling more consistent, role-aligned performance conversations.

Competency insights are also now built into Performance Reviews Analytics. When these question types are used, results appear in the Results tab - making it easy to analyze performance trends across roles, levels, and demographics using shared definitions.

Saved Filters Now Available in Performance Analytics

Spend less time rebuilding reports and more time acting on insights. You can now save and reuse filters in Feedback, 1-on-1, and Performance Review Analytics - making it easy to return to your most-used views.

Performance Review Data Now Available in Survey Analytics

Unlock deeper talent insights by combining Performance Review data with your survey results. Survey Analytics now automatically captures up to two years of Performance Review rating data at survey launch, allowing you to analyze engagement feedback alongside performance context.

With the ability to slice and filter by review cycle and template, teams can more easily identify and assess top talent results to make more informed people decisions.
