Add & Remove Performance Review Cycle Participants

  • Available to full admin users

Access Cycle

To access a Performance Review cycle to make edits: 

  1. Click and expand Administration in the left-hand navigation menu 
  2. Click Reviews
  3. Click Single Cycles or Automated Cycles
  4. Access the cycle creator:
    • Single cycle: Click Edit for the corresponding cycle 
    • Automated cycle: Click Manage for the corresponding cycle

Add Cycle Participants

To add participants to the Performance Review cycle:

  1. Access the cycle creator
  2. Click and expand the Participants step
  3. Click Add Participants
  4. Click and select the ☐ icon for the corresponding participant(s)


    • Optionally, use the Quick Select options or filters to narrow the results
  5. Click and expand Select a Template
  6. Select the templates for the newly added participant(s)
  7. Click Add [x] People; click All Done

Remove Cycle Participants

To remove participants from the Performance Review cycle:

  1. Access the cycle creator
  2. Click and expand the Participants step
  3. Click and select the ☐ icon for the corresponding participant(s)
    • Click Search and Filters to filter the participants by name, title, or demographic
  4. Click Delete to open a confirmation modal
  5. Select the reason for the participants' deletion; click Delete Selected 1-on-1s
