Overview

As a full admin configuring 1-on-1 and Performance Review cycles, enable Ask AI to give cycle participants the ability to respond to prompts with holistic, contextual responses. Generated responses use relevant data from a user's activity throughout the platform for informed recommendations.

In addition to AI-generated responses, participants can browse their partner's feature activity, i.e. recent Recognition, Goal progress, etc., and Private Notes via the built-in Employee Snapshot menu. Learn more about the Employee Snapshot and Private Notes.
