      Use a Survey Template with a Survey

      Custom-created survey templates, depending on the usage settings, can be used for new surveys.

      Requirements

      The Can Be Used By setting, found in the Survey Template Creator indicates who has the ability to use the template for a survey.

      As an admin, to view who has access to a survey template:

      1. Click and expand Administration in the left-hand navigation menu
      2. Click Surveys & Pulses
      3. Click and navigate to the Templates tab
      4. Click on the survey template name
      5. Click and expand the Can Be Used By option in the right-hand menu
      6. View which group of users have access, indicated by the corresponding checked box

      How to Use a Survey Template with a Survey

      To use a survey template you're qualified to use: 

      1. Click and expand Administration in the left-hand navigation 
      2. Click Surveys & Pulses
      3. Click New Survey
      4. In the Select a Template modal, click and navigate to the [Organization] Templates
      5. Click on the custom-created survey template to view the template's questions
      6. Click Use this template to navigate to the Survey Creator with the selected template's questions
      7. Configure and launch the survey
