Update the Status of a Performance Review
As a full admin, update the status of a Performance Review participant, i.e. Not Started, Started, Shared, and Finalized.

As a full admin, update the status of a Performance Review participant, i.e. Not Started, Started, Shared, and Finalized.
Update a participant's status to allow them to update their responses and comments.
- Update a participant's status to Started to allow them to update their responses
- Update a participant's status to Shared to allow them to add or update comments
Requirements
- Available to full admin users
Update the Status of a Performance Review
To update the status of a Performance Review participant:
- Click Reviews in the left-hand navigation menu
- Click and navigate to the All tab
- Use the different filters to find the Review; click View to open the Review
- Click the Review participant's corresponding ⋮ icon (Figure A)
- Click Change Status (Figure A)
- Click and expand the status options drop-down (Figure B)
- Select the new status for the Review participant, i.e. Not Started, Started, Shared, and Finalized
- Click Change
