Update the Status of a Performance Review

As a full admin, update the status of a Performance Review participant, i.e. Not Started, Started, Shared, and Finalized.

Overview

As a full admin, update the status of a Performance Review participant, i.e. Not Started, Started, Shared, and Finalized.

Update a participant's status to allow them to update their responses and comments. 

  • Update a participant's status to Started to allow them to update their responses
  • Update a participant's status to Shared to allow them to add or update comments

  • Available to full admin users

Update the Status of a Performance Review

To update the status of a Performance Review participant:

  1. Click Reviews in the left-hand navigation menu
  2. Click and navigate to the All tab
  3. Use the different filters to find the Review; click View to open the Review
  4. Click the Review participant's corresponding icon (Figure A)
  5. Click Change Status (Figure A)
  6. Click and expand the status options drop-down (Figure B)
  7. Select the new status for the Review participant, i.e. Not Started, Started, Shared, and Finalized
  8. Click Change
