Administrator

An Administrator is a user with full access to all of the features your organization uses.

Some admin-specific abilities include launching and managing cycles, analytics, managing HRIS integrations, and user management.

Focused Admin

A Focused Admin is an Administrator who is limited to a specific subset of your organization, either via demographic or by a downline.

For example, consider an organization with a team of HRBPs who manage different regions. By giving them Focused Admin permissions, you can assign each Focused Admin to each region, and not the entire organization.

Another example, you can set up your HR team with Focused Admin permissions for everyone except the HR team to uphold confidentiality among your immediate team members.

Survey-Admin (BETA)

This feature is in BETA. We are interested in collecting user feedback to shape its future functionality. Please reach out to your CIM/CSM if you are interested in participating and sharing feedback with our product team.

Survey-Admins can create, launch, and manage survey cycles and view analytics across surveys. A Survey-Admin automatically assumes the Survey Author role when creating a survey.

The Survey-Admin role is an excellent way to delegate survey management and survey analysis to others within the organization while limiting access to private or sensitive information outside of the Surveys feature.

In addition to the Surveys feature, Survey-Admins can also access Keyword Detection and Action Planning analytics to better understand and act on survey data.
