Troubleshooting tips if you're experiencing issues with the Quantum Workplace mobile app.

If you continue to experience an issue, contact the Quantum Workplace Support team.

Restart & Update

  • Confirm you're using the most current version of the Quantum Workplace app- check the app store for any outstanding updates
  • Force close the app and try again
  • Log out of the app and log back in
  • Restart your phone

Known Issues

  • Private Notes: Questions asked to non-1-on-1 participants, i.e. manager or a colleague, do not appear in your private notes. This also applies to 1-on-1 agenda items
  • 1-on-1 Conversation Boosters: Conversation Boosters are not available in the mobile app at this time
  • Multichoice Questions in 1-on-1s: Multichoice questions are currently not supported in the mobile app
