Troubleshooting tips if you're experiencing issues with the Quantum Workplace mobile app.
If you continue to experience an issue, contact the Quantum Workplace Support team.
Restart & Update
- Confirm you're using the most current version of the Quantum Workplace app- check the app store for any outstanding updates
- Force close the app and try again
- Log out of the app and log back in
- Restart your phone
Known Issues
- Private Notes: Questions asked to non-1-on-1 participants, i.e. manager or a colleague, do not appear in your private notes. This also applies to 1-on-1 agenda items
- 1-on-1 Conversation Boosters: Conversation Boosters are not available in the mobile app at this time
- Multichoice Questions in 1-on-1s: Multichoice questions are currently not supported in the mobile app
