Troubleshooting for the Mobile App

Having issues using the Quantum Workplace mobile app? Check out our troubleshooting tips and tricks below.

Regardless of the issue you're experiencing, try these two things first:

1. Ensure you're using the most current version of the app. You can do this by searching for the Quantum Workplace app in your app store. If your version is out of date, update it. 

2. Log out of the app and log back in.

Known Issues

  • Private Notes: Questions that were asked to the other participant in the 1-on-1 (e.g., your manager or employee) do not appear in your private notes. Neither do Agenda items. 
  • Conversation Boosters in 1-on-1s:  None of the 3 Conversation Boosters (Goal, Feedback, or Agenda) are available in the mobile app.... yet.
