Overview
Use this article for general troubleshooting tips if you come across any issues when using the Quantum Workplace mobile app.
If you continue to experience an issue, please reach out to the Quantum Workplace Support team.
Restart & Update
- Confirm you're using the most current version of the Quantum Workplace app- check the app store for any outstanding updates
- Force close the app and try again
- Log out of the app and log back in
- Restart your phone
Known Issues
- Private Notes: Questions asked to non-1-on-1 participants, i.e. manager or a colleague, do not appear in your private notes. This also applies to 1-on-1 agenda items
- 1-on-1 Conversation Boosters: Conversation Boosters are not available in the mobile app at this time
