Use the Training Mode
In Training Mode, identifiable information, i.e. team names, employee names, org trees, etc. in Analytics or exported reports are blurred and hidden. It's recommended to plan the screens and pages you wish to share to avoid visible identifiable information, i.e. filters, slices, etc. from being shared.
Note: Although identifiable information is blurred, the hidden text can still be highlighted by the cursor to reveal the hidden information.
Actions taken in Training Mode will remain and be reflected when Training Mode is closed with any changes being attributed to the selected user.
To enter and use Training Mode:
- Click and expand Analytics in the left-hand navigation menu
- Click Surveys & Pulses
- Click on a survey to navigate to the survey's analytics
- Click and expand Admin Controls in the top-right
- Click Access Settings
- Click and navigate to the Test Access tab
- Click Training Mode for the corresponding user to open a confirmation modal
- Optionally, use the search bar to find a specific user
- Click Proceed to Training Mode
- Click Close Training Mode in the top-right to close and exit Training Mode
