Conduct thorough and accurate surveys with this survey checklist. Review this checklist if you are launching your first survey in Quantum Workplace.

Pulse Surveys
- Create and schedule your Single/Pulse Survey:
- Decide on your survey questions
- Determine your confidentiality settings
- Enter the text of your invitation and reminder emails
- Specify the dates for your survey launch, survey reminders and the survey's close date
- If you do not use an HRIS integration to add survey participants, import your employee's information into User Management
- Decide if any non-admin users will need access to Survey Analytics. If so, follow these steps.
Engagement Surveys
- Create and schedule your Engagement Survey:
- Confirm if using My Engagement (ME) Report
- Decide on your survey questions:
- If using ME Report, be sure to include categories for your scaled items
- We recommend keeping items marked as, Outcome Questions, in the survey to get the most out of your Survey Analytics
- Determine your confidentiality settings
- Enter the text for your invitation and reminder emails
- Specify the dates for your survey launch, survey reminders and the survey's close date
- If you do not use an HRIS integration, import your employee information into User Management

New Hire and Exit Surveys
- Create and schedule your automated survey
- Determine criteria for who should be invited and whether any demographic groups should not be included in the survey
- Decide on your survey questions
- Determine your confidentiality settings
- Enter the text of your invitation and reminder emails

- Select the dates in an employee's tenure (or prior to their last day) on which they should be invited to take the survey
- Determine dates for reminder emails to send to employees after they are invited to participate in the survey
- Make sure Hire Dates and/or Exit Dates are loaded in for each user (and that those dates are being updated regularly via either HRIS Integration or Bulk User Import) to ensure automation will take place.
User Access to Survey Analytics
- Decide what users should get access to. If a non-admin user needs access to something not in their downline, in the manager hierarchy, set up a Custom Org Tree.
