Surveys Checklist

Review this checklist if you are launching your first survey in Quantum Workplace

Surveys

  • Create and Schedule your Survey:
    • Decide on your survey questions
    • Determine your confidentiality settings
    • Write the text of your invitation and reminder emails
    • Select dates for your survey launch, survey reminders, and the date your survey should close
    • If you do not utilize an HRIS integration, import your employee's information into User Management



New Hire and Exit Survey Checklist

  • Create and schedule your automated survey
    • Determine criteria for who should be invited and whether any demographic groups should not be included in the survey
    • Decide on your survey questions
    • Determine your confidentiality settings
    • Write the text of your invitation and reminder emails
    • Select the dates in an employee's tenure (or prior to their last day) on which they should be invited to take the survey
    • Determine dates for reminder emails to send to employees after they are invited to participate in the survey
    • Make sure Hire Dates and/or Exit Dates are loaded in for each user (and that those dates are being updated regularly via either HRIS Integration or Bulk User Import) to ensure automation will take place.
