Succession Planning Access Explained
-
If a user already has Succession Planning access in their profile:
-
Full Administrators can see all succession plans (they’re considered Succession Admins).
-
Users who are not Full Admins can only see the plans they own (they’re considered Plan Owners).
-
-
If a user does not have Succession Planning access in their profile:
-
When they are added as a Plan Owner, they will automatically be given Succession Planning access for those plans.
-
-
Focused Admins with Succession Planning access behave like Plan Owners—they can only see the plans they own.
