Survey Text Messaging Participant FAQs

In this article:

Overview

Survey Text Messaging enables survey participants to complete their organization’s surveys from the convenience of their cell phones.

If your organization has your cellphone number and your consent to communicate via SMS, your organization may use text messages to send survey links and reminders as another way to capture your feedback.

How to take a survey via an SMS link

When your organization launches an SMS-enabled survey, survey participants with eligible cellphone numbers within the Quantum Workplace platform will be sent an SMS message inviting their survey participation in the following format:

Your input is important to [Demo Company]. Take our survey by [mm/dd/yy] to share your thoughts. [https://qwsurvey.com/s/abcde12345]

Reply STOP to end.

Clicking the link within the text message redirects you to your cellphone’s web browser to complete the survey.

You may also receive a text reminding you to take your survey if some time has passed. The reminder message will be in the following format:

Don't forget to complete your [Demo Company] survey by [mm/dd/yy]. [https://qwsurvey.com/s/abcde12345]

Reply STOP to end.

Please note: completing surveys via SMS message requires an account with Quantum Workplace.

How do I opt out?

You can choose to stop receiving survey invitations and reminders at any time by replying, “STOP,” to the phone number your organization is sending messages from. You will no longer receive any text message survey invitations or reminders from your employer via Messages powered by Quantum Workplace.

Please note: The phone number your organization uses for survey invites and reminders is unique and is different from the organization’s registered phone number.

How do I opt back in?

To re-enroll, you will have to text, “START,” to the phone number your organization uses to send survey invites and reminders.

Please note: The phone number your organization uses for survey invites and reminders is unique and is different from the organization’s registered phone number.

How did you get my phone number?

Quantum Workplace only sends SMS messages to phone numbers that an employee provides to their organization. Additionally, organizations are required to have the employee’s consent to communicate with them via SMS messages.
