We've added a new feature to the Questions Report in Survey Analytics that highlights demographic slices with significant perception gaps or outliers, helping users quickly investigate and understand the context behind specific questions.

We’ve made it easier to access a team’s Previous Focus Areas from recent engagement surveys. This feature helps teams quickly reference past focus areas to track progress and see how action planning has impacted year-over-year results.
