Added Engagement Outcomes and Custom Reports to Excel Export
'Engagement Outcomes' and 'Custom Reports' have been added as new Excel export tabs, streamlining users' access to the overall favorability score without the need for manual data importing.

Streamlined Bulk Goal Imports and Updates
We made it easier to upload not just new goals in bulk, but overall goals and key results via the 'Manage Bulk Goals' tool. Overall goals can now be created or updated via the tool, and Key Results can be updated and assigned to specific users using a new import template.

Quick Assign Managers as Nominators
Admins can now use the 'Quick Assign Managers' feature as nominators for critical roles they oversee in Succession Planning to more easily add managers. Once the option is selected, you can choose to send to all managers, or manually select the managers to include.
