Restore a Deleted 1-on-1

As an admin, restore a deleted 1-on-1 to reopen access to the restored 1-on-1.

As an admin, restore a deleted 1-on-1 to reopen access to the restored 1-on-1.

All deleted 1-on-1s are listed on the Restore 1-on-1s page.

Restored 1-on-1s will return to their former location on the 1-on-1s homepage, i.e. the Inbox or Archived tabs where they can be accessed again.

To restore a deleted 1-on-1:

Click and expand Administration in the left-hand navigation menu
Click 1-on-1s
Click the Restore 1-on-1s card to view a list of all deleted 1-on-1s
Select the ☐ icon for each 1-on-1 to be restored
- Optionally, click Search & Filter to filter your search by names, cycle names, or the begin/end dates
- Click More Details to identify the 1-on-1 participants, the template, and the reason given for the 1-on-1's deletion
Click Restore to open a confirmation modal
Click Yes, Restore 1-on-1s
