What is the reporting site training webinar?
The reporting site training webinar is an optional training available to Admin users who have conducted an Engagement Survey in Quantum Workplace. This training will cover the basic functionality and navigation of the reporting site. Attendees will leave with a clear understanding of the comparison (benchmarking) capabilities in the site, how to filter and slice their data, and how to recognize which items are their drivers of engagement.
Who can sign up for the reporting site training webinar?
This group webinar is open to Admins from any organization who have recently conducted their Engagement Survey, but is not intended for managers. We recommend this training for first year customers or any customer who would like a refresher on the capabilities of the Engagement Survey Reporting Site.
What is NOT covered in the training?
This training covers functionality of the reporting site and showcases dummy data only. This training does not cover your organization's data or provide specific next steps for taking action on your results. If you are in need of specific coaching/ action planning that is tailored to your organization's annual survey data, you may want to consider upgrading to an Insights package with Quantum Workplace. Please reach out to your Account Manager for more information.
