Launch the Next 1-on-1 in a Recurring Series

For recurring 1-on-1s, manually launch the next 1-on-1 in the series. This can be helpful to make proactive edits to a future 1-on-1 or to better pre-plan for a future 1-on-1.

Overview

For automatically recurring 1-on-1s, you can manually launch the next 1-on-1 in the series prior to the specified date. 

Launching a recurring 1-on-1 before the initially specified date allows you to proactively edit, manage, or delete the next 1-on-1 in the series. 

This function only applies to the next recurring 1-on-1 in the series. All other future 1-on-1s in the series are unaffected and will launch according to the initial recurring cadence.

Both participants will receive notifications of the manually launched 1-on-1. 

Requirements

  • Available to recurring, user-initiated 1-on-1s

Launch the Next 1-on-1 in a Recurring Series

Launch via 1-on-1 Inbox

To launch the next 1-on-1 in a recurring series:

  1. Click 1-on-1s in the left-hand navigation menu 
  2. Click the ⋮ icon for the recurring 1-on-1s to expand additional options
  3. Click Launch Next in Series to open a confirmation modal 
  4. Click Launch Now

Launch via Recurring Check-Ins Card

Optionally, you can also launch the next 1-on-1 in a recurring series from the Recurring Check-ins card:

  1. From the 1-on-1 homepage, in the Recurring Check-ins card, click the ⋮ icon for the recurring 1-on-1 to expand a menu with series information and options
  2. Click Launch Next in Series to open a confirmation modal 
  3. Click Launch Now
