Overview
As an admin, update the preferences or enable/disable the Recognition Digest Delivery emails.
The Recognition Digest is an automated email sent to employees that highlights recent Recognition activity. The email includes a link to access Quantum Workplace and recognize their colleagues.
Requirements
- Available to full admin users
Enable/Disable Digest Delivery
As an admin, to enable/disable the Digest Delivery:
- Click and expand Recognition; click Administration
- Click and navigate to the Preferences tab
- Click and expand the 'What Cadence...' drop-down menu:
- Select Disabled to disable the Digest
- Select Weekly or Monthly to enable the Digest
- Click Update Preferences
Manage Digest Delivery
As an admin, configure the Recognition Digest email cadence.
To manage the Digest Delivery Day:
- Click and expand Recognition in the left-hand navigation menu; click Administration
- Click and navigate to the Preferences tab
- Click the edit icon for the Digest Delivery Day card
- Manage the cadence and date of the email:
- A. Cadence: Select the cadence options, e.g. Weekly, Monthly, or Disabled
- B. Day: Select the date of the Digest email, if enabled
- Weekly Cadence: Select the day of the week
- Monthly Cadence: Select the date when the monthly email is delivered
- Click Update Preferences
