This will help us make employees feel valued and improve employee engagement and in turn create a happier and more productive workplace.

What is Recognition?

With Recognition you can: 

  • Post public recognition of coworkers for their great work
  • Comment on and like recognition posts by others
  • Include video or photos on your posts
  • Tie recognition posts to core organization values and goals
  • Access recognition posts & stats anytime/anywhere

Rollout Plan:

We are rolling out Recognition to all leaders this week. You will receive an email with your login information. Attached is a quick how-to guide. All employees will receive their login information starting next week.
