QW Labs gives you the power to choose your experience and become an early adopter of exciting new features. Help us make new features even better by providing your feedback.
QW Labs
QW Labs is Quantum Workplace’s first step into the world of letting you try features and gathering feedback before fully launching them. The feedback provided helps to shape the feature and make key decisions.
Turn features on as you see the option and help shape features as they’re being built.
How Will I Know When a Feature is Part of QW Labs?
As QW Labs creates new features, you’ll be prompted to try out the feature where you would typically use it. New features are optional and can be enabled or disabled at any time.
For new features, you will see a description and be asked if you would like to turn it on:
After enabling the feature, you will always have the option to disable it.
How Can I Give Feedback?
When you disable the feature (you can always turn it back on), you will be prompted to rate your experience and provide any feedback.
All feedback provided is seen and crucial in shaping the future of each new feature.
How Do I Turn the Feature On or Off?
While a feature is in the lab, it can easily be enabled or disabled at any point. The option to enable or disable the feature will be in the same area while the feature is in QW Labs.
There is no limit to the number of times you can enable or disable a lab feature.
What Happens After A Feature is in QW Labs?
The purpose of QW labs is to learn from you and iterate quickly based on feedback received.
Eventually, the learning period of that feature will be over. The data will then be used on a feature-by-feature basis to determine whether the feature is:
- Make it a permanent feature for all
- Put it on the backburner to learn more
- Expire the feature
What happens to the feature all depends on how it is used and how well it is received.
