Even if your organization already has an active HRIS integration, you may find it helpful to include additional demographics that are not included in the integration.

These additional demographics can be used in engagement surveys to gain more comprehensive insights.

View Current Demographics 

To view the demographics being provided by your current integration:

  1. Click and expand Administration in the left-hand navigation menu 
  2. Click General Settings
  3.  Click and navigate to the Demographics tab

Any demographics currently used by your HRIS integration will be
marked with an ℹ icon.

 

Some standard demographics will not appear in this list. For a full list of demographics that are not included in this page, click here.

Provide Supplemental User Data

Supplemental Data File Requirements

A Supplemental Data File requires the employee's Username and/or EmployeeID, along with the additional demographics you would like added to the platform.

Exclude any demographics that are already included in your HRIS integration.  

It's recommended to add Key Performance Indicators metrics where possible. Learn more about KPIs and how they can connect to your survey data for smart insights.

 

The Supplemental Data File is not a way to edit current demographic information via your HRIS integration.

To edit demographic information, update the data within your HRIS to be reflected in the following update.
