Preferred Default Comparison for Engagement Survey Analytics

As an admin or survey-admin viewing Engagement survey analytics, specify previous Engagement and Engagement Follow-Up Surveys as default reference points when comparing your survey results.

By default, the most recent Engagement survey is the preferred survey comparison. 

As an admin or survey-admin viewing Engagement survey analytics, you can specify previous Engagement and Engagement Follow-Up Surveys as default reference points when comparing your survey results.

Set a Preferred Default Comparison 

To set a default comparison for a survey:

  1. When viewing a report for a survey's analytics, click Compare To

  2. Click Set as Default for the corresponding Engagement/Engagement Follow-Up Survey
  3. Click Apply
