Use the Writing Assistant

To use the Writing Assistant in an open-ended Performance Review prompt:

1. Open the Performance Review to share your responses
2. Respond to an open-ended prompt with your initial thoughts
3. Click Make this better
4. Review the generated recommendation
   • Click Try Again to regenerate a recommendation
5. Click Replace to replace your initial thoughts with the generated recommendation
   • Click Go Back a Step to revert to the original response, or Try Again to generate a new recommendation
6. Make any necessary edits to the recommendation before continuing or sharing
