During a Performance Review cycle, Quantum Workplace will recognize key events and send email notifications to Employees and Managers.
This article details each event and what the email and in-app notifications look like.
Note: If a user has enabled the Daily Email Summary, any non-time-sensitive notifications are condensed into a single daily email, learn more.
Employee: Your Performance Review is Open
Employees receive an email notification when their Performance Review opens and is ready to be completed. Clicking "View Performance Review" allows them to begin filling out their portion.
Employee: Complete Your Performance Review
Employees receive initial reminders to complete their portion of the Performance Review with a deadline included.

Employee: Reminder to Finalize Your Performance Review
A prompt to finalize their Performance Review is sent to the employee with an urge to action.
Employee: Finalize Your Performance Review
A final notification is sent to the employee, urging them to complete their Performance Review as soon as possible.

Employee: Your Manager Shared Your Performance Review
An employee also receives a notification when their Manager has shared their portion of the Performance Review.
Employee: Your Manager Finalized Your Performance Review
Finally, a notification is sent to the employee when the Manager finalizes the corresponding Performance Review.
Employee: In-App Notifications
Employees receive a notification that the Performance Review cycle is open.
A reminder to complete the Performance Review is sent in-app.
An urge to action is sent via an in-app notification.
One final reminder to complete their Performance Review is sent to the employee in-app.
Manager: Your Employee's Performance Review is Open
Managers receive an email notification when their employee's Performance Review opens and is ready for completion. Clicking "View" allows them to begin filling out their portion. Each employee included in the review will be listed separately.
Manager: Complete Your Employee's Performance Review
Managers receive a reminder to complete any remaining employee Performance Reviews, including the number of days left until the deadline.
Manager: Reminder to Finalize Your Employee's Performance Review
Managers receive a call to action prompting them to complete any remaining Performance Reviews before the deadline approaches.
Manager: Finalize Your Employee's Performance Review
A final notification is sent to Managers to complete any outlying Performance Reviews as soon as possible.

An email notification is sent to the Manager when their Employee has shared their portion of the Performance Review.
