      Performance Review Exports

      As a full admin, export a Performance Review cycle's details for additional cycle-related information.

      As a full admin, export a Performance Review cycle's details for additional cycle-related information.

      Access Performance Review Cycle Exports

      As a full admin, to access the Performance Review cycle CSV export:

      ReviewsCycleExport

      1. Click and expand Administration in the left-hand navigation menu; click Reviews
      2. Click Single Cycles or Automated Cycles; click on the Reviews cycle to navigate to the cycle setup 
      3. Click +Advanced in the top-right
      4. Click Export Reviews
      5. Click Generate Export; click Download File for the most recent export
      6. Open the downloaded file

      Navigate the Performance Reviews Cycle Export

      The Performance Review cycle CSV export includes additional information and details categorized by tabs.

      Overview Tab

      Information related to the Review cycle's participants, high-level rating, and share dates.

      Key columns in the Overview tab include, but are not limited to:

      • Employee & Facilitator IDs
      • Employee & Facilitator First/Last Names
      • Employee & Facilitator Share Dates
      • Employee & Facilitator Ratings

      Responses Tab

      Information related to the Review cycle's prompts and responses for Employees and Facilitators.

      Key columns in the Responses tab include, but are not limited to:

      • Employee & Facilitator IDs/Usernames
      • Employee Text: [Prompt] - Lists the Employees' open-ended response to the prompt
      • Facilitator Text: [Prompt] - Lists the Facilitators' open-ended response to the prompt
      • Employee Code: [Prompt] - Lists the Employees' scaled response to the prompt
      • Facilitator Code: [Prompt] - Lists the Facilitators' scaled responses to the prompt
      • Employee Comment: [Prompt] - Lists the Employees' comments on the prompt
      • Facilitator Comment: [Prompt] - Lists the Facilitators' comments on the prompt

      Goals Tab

      Information related to the Review cycle's Performance Goals.

      Key columns in the Goals tab include, but are not limited to:

      • Goal ID
      • Goal Name
      • Employee Response Code - Lists the Employee's scaled rating for the Performance Goal 
      • Facilitator Response Code Lists the Facilitator's scaled rating for the Performance Goal
      • Employee Response Text - Lists the Employee's comments for the Performance Goal
      • Facilitator Response Text - Lists the Facilitator's comments for the Performance Goal

      Competencies Tab

      Information related to the Review cycle's Competencies.

      Key columns in the Competencies tab include, but are not limited to:

      • Competency ID
      • Competency Name - Name of the competency
      • Skill Name - Name of the skill(s) nested under a competency
