Retired Turnover Trends Report
The Turnover Trends report has been officially retired for all customers. In lieu of this report, we introduced the new Retention Radar report, which provides clearer insights into the relationships between turnover, Flight Risk, and turnover data.

New Flight Risk Survey Quality Check
We've introduced a new Survey Quality Check designed to inform users whether their draft survey included the recommended questions necessary for triggering an updated Flight Risk calculation, which in turn, enables access to Retention Radar.

Talent Reviews
New Analytics Configuration Options
Administrators can now configure their view of Talent Review Analytics. This enhancement allows them to customize axis titles, choose whether to display labels, and title each box in either a 9-box or 4-quadrant format.
