Customize Candidate Readiness Levels in Succession Planning
Each organization views candidate readiness differently. Some organizations evaluate candidate readiness by time, others evaluate by competency, and every measure in between.
With our latest update to succession planning, your succession plan can now utilize any readiness label. Whether it be time, competency, or level, you can now track candidate readiness, by any measure, in your succession plan.
Simply navigate to your succession plan and select manage. In the drop-down, navigate to readiness levels and you’ll have access to the candidate readiness levels on your succession plan.
