New Growth Plan Widget in 1:1s and Performance Reviews
A new Growth Plan widget is now available in 1:1s and Performance Reviews, giving managers and employees visibility into growth plan status (shared and unshared) and recent activity, including Growth Areas and Plan Actions. The widget also allows users to create reminders to share growth plans pinned in a 1:1, helping drive adoption, encourage more meaningful growth conversations, and prevent growth plans from going stale.
